Addiscombe Railway Park

Event 15th April 2012

We held our 8th park event on the 15th April 2012.

Weather conditions were dry, sunny intervals between clouds and a cold wind.

Work included:

Filling the sunken ground around the manholes in the southern half of the park with soil from the old coal yard heaps.
Cutting back the buddliea and brambles from around the young trees by the school wall.
Planting water loving wild flower seeds around on the water course bank.
Litter Picking the southern half of the park.
