Addiscombe Railway Park
Event 15th April 2012
We held our 8th park event on the 15th April 2012.
Weather conditions were dry, sunny intervals between clouds and a cold wind.
Work included:
- Filling the sunken ground around the manholes in the southern half of the park with soil from the old coal yard heaps.
- Cutting back the buddliea and brambles from around the young trees by the school wall.
- Planting water loving wild flower seeds around on the water course bank.
- Litter Picking the southern half of the park.
